HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Responder provides an innovative solution for connecting first responders to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) through a smartphone or handheld tablet. This mobile application is fully integrated with HxGN OnCall Dispatch, facilitating enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency for public safety agencies.

Key features of this solution include:

 <li>Executing searches and queries</li>
 <li>Receiving real-time events and alerts from the control room</li>
 <li>Self-attaching to active events</li>
 <li>Updating status and event information</li>
 <li>Viewing positional information on a map</li>
 <li>Monitoring the location of each responder</li>
</ul>

With Mobile Responder, first responders can operate beyond their units, remain informed during dynamic event changes, and maintain a cohesive situational awareness with the control room.

HxGN OnCall Records | Mobile enhances officer safety, performance, and productivity by providing rapid access to accurate reporting and improved situational awareness in the field. This application enables officers to efficiently create reports and retrieve critical information through various functionalities such as records management system (RMS) search, driver’s license scanning, and voice-to-text input.

Officers can conduct field interviews, issue citations, generate accident reports and diagrams, and analyze significant trends with HxGN OnCall Records | Mobile. The application is designed to function seamlessly on both phone and tablet form factors and supports both online and offline modes for HxGN OnCall Records as well as third-party RMS users.

It is important to note that this application utilizes GPS location services. Continuous use of GPS running in the background may significantly reduce battery life.
